Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 package (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into 8 equal squares.

Take a spoonful of the meat mixture and place it in the center of each dough square.

Carefully fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges together to seal, forming a ball.

Place the filled dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave space between each one.

Brush the tops of the dough balls with melted butter and sprinkle with a pinch of garlic powder and chopped parsley for flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
