Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Extra Parmesan for topping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until well combined.

Open the package of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit in your hand to form a small disk.

Take a spoonful of the beef mixture (about 1-2 tablespoons) and place it in the center of each biscuit.

Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling to form a ball, pinch to seal tightly.

Place the filled balls seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.

Brush the tops of each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle some extra Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a serving platter.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.
