Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Open the package of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly to create a small disc.

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef filling into the center of each biscuit disc. Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, forming a ball.

Place the filled biscuit balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the top of each biscuit bomb.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
