Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well incorporated.

Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles on a clean surface.

Take a spoonful of the beef mixture and place it at the wide end of each triangle.

Carefully roll up the dough, starting from the wide end, encasing the beef mixture completely. Pinch the ends to seal securely.

Place the cheeseburger bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush the mixture over the tops of each bomb for added flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with chopped parsley for a pop of freshness.
