1 lb (450g) ground chicken

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 egg, beaten

1/4 cup milk

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, and grated Parmesan cheese.

      Add the chopped parsley, minced garlic, chopped onion, beaten egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and black pepper to the chicken mixture.

        Use your hands or a spatula to mix the ingredients until well combined, but be careful not to overmix.

          Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf. Smooth the top with a spatula.

            Spread a layer of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf for added flavor and moisture.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

                Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing for easier serving.
