Ingredients

1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

In a bowl, combine minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, smoked paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to create a marinade.

Add the cubed pork tenderloin to the marinade, making sure each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Once hot, add the marinated pork cubes to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until they caramelize.

Flip the pork bites and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side until fully cooked and golden brown. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Remove the skillet from heat. Transfer the pork bites to a serving platter and drizzle any remaining sauce from the skillet on top.

Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for added crunch and visual appeal.
