Ingredients

1 pound ground beef (80/20)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 tomato, diced

1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well but avoid overworking the meat to keep it tender.

Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Form the beef mixture into 4 equal patties.

Place the patties on the skillet or grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through to your desired doneness.

During the last minute of cooking, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to allow the cheese to melt.

While the burgers are cooking, heat another skillet over medium heat and lightly brush one side of each flour tortilla with olive oil.

Once the patties are done, remove them from the heat. Place each cheese-topped patty on the un-oiled side of a tortilla.

Top each burger with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, dill pickles, ketchup, and mustard.

Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.

In the preheated skillet, place the wraps seam-side down and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the skillet, cut in half, and serve immediately.
