2 ripe bananas, mashed

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added texture and nutrition)

1/4 cup granola (for topping)

Fresh banana slices and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, combine the mashed bananas with the Greek yogurt.

    Add the honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the bowl, and mix until well combined.

      If using chia seeds, stir them in at this point for added texture.

        Transfer the mixture to individual serving bowls or a larger dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.

          For a decorative touch, layer some additional banana slices on top.

            Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the pudding to set.

              When ready to serve, remove from the fridge and top each serving with granola and a sprig of fresh mint for garnish.
