Ingredients

250g beef sirloin, thinly sliced

200g egg noodles

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

2 green onions, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds for garnish

Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions

Begin by cooking the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add the thinly sliced beef to this marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add a splash of sesame oil and sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the marinated beef to the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through, then remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the sliced red bell pepper and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Return the cooked beef to the pan and toss everything together. Stir in the cooked egg noodles and make sure everything is well coated with the sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, then garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro leaves before serving.
