Ingredients

1 ½ pounds ground beef

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 large eggs

½ cup milk

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup ketchup

½ cup honey

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon mustard

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly incorporated.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the ketchup, honey, apple cider vinegar, and mustard to create the BBQ glaze. Reserve ½ cup of the glaze for later.

Place the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape it evenly.

Coat the top of the meatloaf with the remaining BBQ glaze, spreading it evenly across the surface.

Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Serve warm, drizzling any reserved glaze over individual slices, and garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color.

                  Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 35 minutes | Servings: 6-8

                    - Presentation Tips: Slice the meatloaf and serve it on a rustic wooden board alongside mashed potatoes and steamed green beans for a comforting meal experience. Add a drizzle of the reserved honey BBQ glaze on the slices for a visual appeal and extra flavor.
