Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes

3 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons honey

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon cubes dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Make the Glaze: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, making sure not to burn.

Add Flavor: Stir in the honey, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Mix well and allow the mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.

Cook the Salmon: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon cubes and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden and cooked through.

Coat the Salmon: Pour the honey butter garlic glaze over the cooked salmon and gently toss to coat each piece evenly. Cook for an additional minute to let the flavors meld.

Serve: Remove from heat, transfer the glazed salmon bites to a serving dish, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zing.
