Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

3 cloves garlic, minced

Zest of 1 lime

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, and lime zest until well combined.

Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish and season them with salt and pepper on both sides.

Pour the honey-lime garlic butter mixture over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is generously coated.

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through. The exact time will depend on the thickness of your fillets.

Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra zest.
