Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.

Let the chicken marinate in the mixture for at least 20 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for deeper flavor).

Bake the chicken uncovered in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is golden brown.

Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Drizzle any remaining sauce from the baking dish over the sliced chicken and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
