Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon truffle oil

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for heat preference)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Fresh lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, placing a wire rack on top. This helps the wings crisp evenly.

In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, truffle oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the garlic truffle mixture until they are evenly coated.

Arrange the wings on the wire rack in a single layer, allowing space between each wing for even cooking.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

While the wings are baking, prepare a large bowl with the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

Once wings are done, remove them from the oven and immediately toss them in the bowl with the Parmesan mix until well-coated.

Serve the wings hot, garnished with extra parsley and optional lemon wedges for a refreshing touch.
