Ingredients

1 large flour tortilla (12-inch)

1/2 pound ground beef

4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup diced onions

1/4 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup pickles, chopped

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons mustard

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 avocado, sliced (optional for garnish)

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Mix the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, diced onions, tomatoes, and pickles. Mix together until well combined.

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. Adjust seasoning if needed.

Prepare the Tortilla: Warm the flour tortilla in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side to make it pliable.

Assemble the Burrito: Place the beef filling mixture in the center of the tortilla, then drizzle the sauce over the top. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up to form a burrito.

Toast the Burrito: Return the burrito seam side down to the skillet over medium heat. Toast for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crisp.

Serve: Cut the burrito in half diagonally. Garnish with avocado slices and fresh cilantro if desired.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 1 giant burrito

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the burrito on a large plate, with a side of extra pickles and your favorite dipping sauce for added fun!
