2 cups elbow macaroni

4 cups chicken or vegetable broth

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon mustard powder

1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Instant Pot: Start by plugging in your Instant Pot and selecting the sauté function. Once hot, add the olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, making sure not to burn the garlic.

    Add Broth and Macaroni: Pour in the broth and stir in the elbow macaroni. Ensure the pasta is submerged in the liquid.

      Seasoning: Add the Italian herbs, onion powder, mustard powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

        Cook Under Pressure: Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes. After the cooking time is up, quickly release the pressure by moving the valve to venting.

          Stir in Cheeses: Once the pressure is released, open the lid carefully. Stir the macaroni well. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese melts and creates a creamy sauce.

            Final Seasoning: Taste the macaroni and adjust seasoning if necessary. You can add more salt or pepper based on your preference.
