Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the beef mixture into small patties, about 1 inch in diameter. You should get around 12 patties.

In another bowl, mix the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses together. Take a small amount of the cheese mixture and place it on top of each patty.

Seal the patties by folding the edges over the cheese, ensuring that the cheese is completely enclosed within the beef.

Roll each stuffed patty in your hand to form a smooth ball.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly and wrap it around a beef ball, pinching the edges to seal well.

Place the wrapped balls onto the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the melted butter over the top of each biscuit bomb, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

                        Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 12
