8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup jalapeños, finely chopped (fresh or pickled)

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup bread crumbs (panko recommended for extra crunch)

Optional: 1/4 cup ranch dressing for dipping

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeños, and green onions.

    Add the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until well combined and creamy.

      Use your hands to form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) from the mixture. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

        Once all the balls are formed, place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.

          Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
