Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup jalapeños, diced (fresh or pickled based on preference)

1/4 cup cooked bacon bits (optional)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Olive oil or butter for frying

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sharp cheddar, mozzarella, diced jalapeños, bacon bits (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, and cilantro. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil or butter to coat the pan.

Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread a generous amount of the jalapeño cheese mixture over half of the tortilla.

Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling, creating a quesadilla. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown and crispy.

Carefully flip the quesadilla using a spatula and cook the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes, ensuring the cheese is melted and the tortilla is nicely browned.

Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a minute before cutting it into wedges.

Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling mixture.

Serve hot with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for dipping.

                  Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4-6

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the quesadilla wedges on a large platter, garnished with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro and a few sliced jalapeños for an extra pop of color.
