Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (or ground pork/chicken for variation)

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons sesame seeds (for garnish)

For the Spicy Mayo Dip:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (more for extra spice)

1 teaspoon lime juice

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Use your hands to shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through (an internal temperature of 160°F/70°C).

While the meatballs are baking, prepare the spicy mayo dip. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy. Adjust the sriracha to your desired level of spiciness.

Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

Serve the meatballs drizzled with some sesame seeds and a side of the spicy mayo dip for dipping.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the meatballs on a long serving platter, garnished with additional green onions and sesame seeds for color. Place the spicy mayo dip in a small bowl in the center for an appealing contrast. Enjoy!
