Ingredients

1 cup elderflower cordial

1 cup sparkling water

2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)

2 tablespoons agave syrup (or to taste)

Ice cubes

Lemon slices and edible flowers for garnish

Instructions

Infuse Lavender: In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the dried lavender. Let it steep for about 15 minutes, then strain out the lavender flowers and allow the infusion to cool.

Mix the Mocktail: In a large pitcher, combine the elderflower cordial, fresh lemon juice, lavender infusion, and agave syrup. Stir well until the agave syrup is fully dissolved.

Chill with Sparkle: Just before serving, add ice cubes to the pitcher and top it off with the sparkling water for a refreshing fizz. Stir gently to mix.

Serve: Pour the mocktail into glasses filled with extra ice if desired.

Garnish & Enjoy: Garnish each drink with a slice of lemon and a sprinkle of edible flowers for a beautiful touch.
