Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons honey

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, smoked paprika, and rosemary until well combined.

Add the bite-sized steak pieces to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to 4 hours for more flavor).

Preheat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Once hot, use tongs to remove the steak bites from the marinade, letting the excess drip off.

Sear the steak bites in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare (adjust time for desired doneness). Do not overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.

Remove the steak bites from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.

Season with salt to taste and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
