Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup spinach, fresh

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons Italian seasoning

Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

Prep the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, ensuring they're evenly coated. For a little extra flavor, you can rub the seasonings into the chicken.

Sauté (Optional): In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the seasoned chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side until lightly browned (this step adds depth of flavor but is optional).

Transfer to Slow Cooker: Place the seared chicken breasts in the slow cooker.

Add Veggies: Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach on top of the chicken.

Mix Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, chicken broth, grated Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning until smooth. Pour this mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the slow cooker.

Slow Cook: Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender. If you're short on time, you can cook on high for 2-3 hours.

Serve: Once done, shred the chicken gently with two forks and mix it back into the sauce for a rich flavor.

Garnish: Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil for an aromatic finish.

                  Prep Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 6 hours | Servings: 4

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the Marry Me Chicken over a bed of pasta or rice, and drizzle extra sauce over the top. For added color, complement the dish with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh garden salad.
