1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1/3 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and Kalamata olives.

    Gently toss the vegetables together to combine them evenly.

      In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well mixed.

        Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently stir to coat all the ingredients evenly.
