Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a kick)

1/2 cup marinara sauce (for topping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, parsley, minced garlic, chopped onion, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Mix the ingredients by hand untiljust combined. Be careful not to overmix, as it can make the meatloaf tough.

Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper for easier removal.

Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.

Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf for added moisture and flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. This helps the juices redistribute.

Slice and serve warm with a sprinkle of additional grated Parmesan and chopped parsley on top for garnish.
