Ingredients

12 slider buns

6 slices of ham

6 slices of turkey

6 slices of Swiss cheese

3 eggs

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Butter for frying

Powdered sugar (for garnish)

Raspberry or blackberry jam (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Cut the slider buns in half horizontally and arrange the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.

Layer on the ham slices, turkey slices, and Swiss cheese, then place the top halves of the buns over the filling.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the assembled sliders, making sure to coat the tops of the buns. Use a brush if necessary to evenly distribute.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.

While the sliders bake, heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.

Once the butter is melted, brush the tops of the sliders with the melted butter and lightly toast them in the skillet for about 2 minutes. This step adds extra crunch to the sliders.

Remove the sliders from the oven and let them cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar for a sweet touch.

Serve with raspberry or blackberry jam on the side for dipping.
