8 oz spaghetti

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1 cup bell pepper, diced (red or green)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

1 cup creamy ranch dressing

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.

    Cook the spaghetti: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped green onions, diced bell pepper, minced garlic, chicken broth, ranch dressing, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

        Combine the pasta and filling: Add the cooked spaghetti to the chicken mixture and gently toss until the spaghetti is well combined with the filling.

          Bake the dish: Pour the spaghetti mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of Monterey Jack cheese.
