2 boxes of graham crackers (about 14 oz each)

2 cups cold milk

2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon light corn syrup

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined. Stir in the vanilla extract.

    Mix Pudding: In another bowl, whisk together the cold milk and instant vanilla pudding mixes until it thickens, about 2 minutes.

      Combine Mixtures: Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until combined. Then fold this mixture into the pudding until smooth and creamy.

        Assemble the Cake: In a 9x13 inch dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom. Spread half of the cream mixture evenly over the crackers, then place another layer of graham crackers on top.

          Repeat Layers: Spread the remaining cream mixture over the second layer of graham crackers, and finish with a third layer of graham crackers.

            Make the Chocolate Topping: In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the chocolate chips, unsweetened cocoa powder, butter, corn syrup, and a pinch of salt. Stir until fully melted and smooth.

              Top the Cake: Pour the chocolate mixture over the top layer of graham crackers, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.

                Chill: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the layers to set and flavors to meld.
