Ingredients

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup powdered sugar

2 teaspoons orange zest

1 tablespoon fresh orange juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon almond extract

1 cup white chocolate chips, melted

1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (for coating)

Optional: extra orange zest for garnish

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange zest, fresh orange juice, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated and a smooth dough forms.

Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the formed truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Once all the truffles are formed, place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.

While the truffles are chilling, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler until smooth.

Once chilled, dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Let any excess chocolate drip off.

Roll each chocolate-covered truffle in the crushed graham crackers to give them a delightful crunch.

Place the coated truffles back on the parchment-lined baking sheet. If desired, sprinkle a little extra orange zest on top of each truffle for added flavor and presentation.

Refrigerate the truffles for an additional 30 minutes to set the chocolate. Once set, serve and enjoy your delicious no-bake treats!
