Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Chocolate shavings or crushed peanuts, for garnish

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, mixing until the crumbs are evenly coated.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.

Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well until fully combined.

Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth, being careful not to deflate it.

Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set (overnight is best for optimal firmness).

Before serving, garnish the top with chocolate shavings or crushed peanuts for an extra crunch and visual appeal.
