chocolate protein powder (vegan or whey)

Instructions
In a blender, combine the frozen banana, peanut butter, chocolate protein powder, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no lumps from the frozen banana.
If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add the ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding a drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional).
Pour the smoothie into a tall glass or a mason jar.
