Ingredients

1 lb frozen French fries

1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

2 cups provolone cheese, shredded

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Fries: Preheat your oven and cook the frozen French fries according to the package instructions until golden and crispy. Set aside when done.

Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced onion and green bell pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft and slightly caramelized. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Steak: In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced ribeye steak. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Add the Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Pull the skillet from heat and mix the sautéed vegetables back into the steak.

Assemble the Dish: On a large baking sheet, place the cooked fries in an even layer. Spoon the steak and vegetable mixture evenly over the fries.

Add Cheese: Generously sprinkle the provolone cheese over the top of the fries.

Melt the Cheese: Place the baking sheet in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve: After removing from the oven, garnish your Philly cheesesteak fries with freshly chopped parsley.
