Ingredients

1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

8 mini slider rolls

8 slices provolone cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional for spread)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Steak: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally.

Add Vegetables: Stir in the sliced onion and bell pepper. Cook for another 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are softened and the steak is cooked through.

Add Flavor: Pour in Worcestershire sauce, mixing well to combine all the flavors. Cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat.

Prep the Sliders: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the mini slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.

Assemble: Evenly distribute the steak and vegetable mixture over the bottom halves of the slider rolls. Top each with a slice of provolone cheese.

Bake: Place the top halves of the slider rolls over the cheese, then cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil. Bake for about 10 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.

Serve: If desired, mix mayonnaise with a pinch of salt and spread it on the inside of the top slider rolls before placing them back on. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
