Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup butter, melted

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

Open the package of Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits and separate them into individual biscuits.

Take one biscuit and flatten it slightly in the palm of your hand. Place a generous spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center.

Gently fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal it well. Roll it into a ball shape and place it seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Repeat the process for all remaining biscuits.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with any remaining minced garlic. Brush this garlic butter over the tops of the filled biscuit balls.

If using, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tops of the bombs for extra flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
