Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.

Take each biscuit and flatten it slightly with your fingers or a rolling pin.

Place a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese in the center of each biscuit.

Gather the edges of the biscuit dough and pinch them together to seal in the cheese filling, shaping it into a ball.

Dip each cheese-filled biscuit bomb into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.

Place the cheese bombs onto the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.

Brush any remaining garlic butter mixture over the top of each biscuit bomb.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
