Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! refrigerated biscuits

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking tray with cooking spray or butter.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit slightly in the palm of your hand.

Place about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges up and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

Roll each cheese-filled biscuit ball in your hands to ensure they are well sealed and evenly shaped.

Dip each ball into the garlic butter mixture, then place them on the prepared baking tray.

Once all the biscuit balls are arranged on the tray, drizzle any remaining garlic butter over them and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until they are golden brown and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving, as the cheese inside will be very hot.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8 (makes 8 cheese bombs)

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve warm in a decorative bowl, drizzling additional garlic butter over the top and garnishing with extra parsley for a pop of color.
