Ingredients

2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup coconut milk

1 ripe banana, sliced

1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks (plus extra for garnish)

1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut

2 tablespoons honey (or agave syrup)

Whipped cream for topping

Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, coconut milk, sliced banana, fresh pineapple chunks, shredded coconut, and honey.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.

Taste the milkshake and adjust sweetness, if necessary, by adding more honey.

Once blended, pour the milkshake into chilled glasses.

Top each milkshake with a generous dollop of whipped cream.

Garnish with additional pineapple chunks and a maraschino cherry on top.

              Prep Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 10 mins | Servings: 2-3
