1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup coconut milk

1 tablespoon agave syrup (or honey)

1 ripe banana

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup crushed ice

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Pink edible glitter (optional for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, agave syrup, banana, vanilla extract, and crushed ice.

    Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a bit more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
