1 package (1 lb) pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup ricotta cheese

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Flour for dusting

Olive oil for brushing

Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Dough: Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.

      Mix the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, feta cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined and set aside.

        Assemble the Rolls: Spread the cheese and spinach mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Starting from one of the shorter ends, gently roll the dough over the filling to form a tight log.

          Cut the Rolls: Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice the rolled dough into 1-inch pieces.

            Egg Wash: Place each slice on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops of the rolls with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

              Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and puffed up.

                Cool and Serve: After baking, remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
