Ingredients

1 cup brewed hibiscus tea

1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ice cubes (optional for a cold version)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Brew the Hibiscus Tea: Start by boiling water and steeping the hibiscus tea for about 5 minutes. Strain and let it cool slightly.

Prepare the Raspberry Purée: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the raspberries and honey (or agave syrup). Cook for about 5 minutes until the raspberries have broken down to form a purée. Stir to avoid sticking and mash with a fork if necessary. Once done, remove from heat and strain to remove the seeds, if desired.

Heat the Milk: In another saucepan or using a microwave, heat the milk until hot (but not boiling). If you have a milk frother, froth it until light and fluffy.

Combine Ingredients: In a glass or mug, pour the hibiscus tea first, then add the raspberry purée. Mix well.

Add Milk: Slowly pour in the steamed (or frothed) milk over the hibiscus and raspberry mixture. Stir gently to combine.

Add Vanilla: Finish by adding the vanilla extract and give the latte a gentle stir.

Serve Cold (optional): If you prefer a cold version, add ice cubes to a glass before pouring in the tea and raspberry mixture, followed by the milk.

Garnish: Top with fresh mint leaves if desired, adding a pop of color and freshness.
