Ingredients

1.5 lbs (680g) beef chuck roast, cut into chunks

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

2 cups beef broth

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

12 oz (340g) pasta (your choice: fettuccine, penne, or spaghetti)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

In a large slow cooker, combine the beef chuck pieces, diced onion, minced garlic, diced tomatoes (with juice), beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to mix all the ingredients.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the beef is tender and easily shreds with a fork.

Once the beef is cooked, use a slotted spoon to remove it from the slow cooker and shred the beef with two forks. Set aside.

In the slow cooker, add the heavy cream and stir well to combine with the remaining sauce.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.

Add the cooked pasta and the shredded beef back into the slow cooker, mixing gently until all the pasta is coated with the creamy sauce.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.

Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.

Let it sit on low for 10-15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

                    Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 8 hours 20 minutes | Servings: 6

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with fresh basil leaves and extra Parmesan on top for an elegant touch. Enjoy your rich and velvety beef pasta!
