4 lobster tails

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 lemon, zested and juiced

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Prepare the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the middle, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pry the shell apart to expose the meat, but keep it attached at the base.

      Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, taking care not to burn it.

        Add Cream and Seasonings: Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly. If using, add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.

          Baste the Lobster Tails: Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spoon the garlic butter sauce generously over the meat. Reserve some sauce for basting while cooking.
