Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a large bowl, combine the steak bites with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss until the steak is well coated.
Spread the seasoned steak bites evenly on one side of the baking sheet.
On the other side of the baking sheet, scatter the halved cherry tomatoes and trimmed green beans. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the butter into small pieces and dot it over the steak bites.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness (medium-rare recommended). Flip the steak bites halfway through for even cooking.
Once cooked, take the sheet pan out of the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
Garnish the dish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
