1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

1 ripe avocado, mashed

1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ red onion, finely chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or pita bread for serving

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, combine the black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Mix gently to combine all the veggies.

    In another bowl, mash the avocado and add lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.

      In a serving dish, spread the avocado mixture evenly across the bottom as your base layer.
