Ingredients

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1/2 cup lavender simple syrup (see instructions below)

4 cups sparkling water

1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender (for garnish)

Ice cubes

Lemon slices and fresh lavender sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

Make the Lavender Simple Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of granulated sugar. Stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Add 1/4 cup of dried culinary lavender and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, let it steep for 30 minutes, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a jar, discarding the lavender. Let cool.

Prepare the Lemonade: In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and lavender simple syrup. Stir well to blend the flavors.

Add Sparkle: Slowly pour in the sparkling water to the pitcher, gently stirring to combine and maintain the bubbles.

Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes, then pour the sparkling lavender lemonade over the ice.

Garnish: Top each glass with a few dried lavender buds, a lemon slice, and a sprig of fresh lavender for an elegant touch.
