1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Combine the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.

      Add the Spinach and Artichokes: Gently fold in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully incorporated.

        Cheesy Goodness: Add in the grated Parmesan cheese and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir until well mixed.

          Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

            Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the dip evenly.
