Ingredients

1 medium cantaloupe, halved and seeds removed

1 medium honeydew melon, halved and seeds removed

2 ripe kiwis, peeled

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup blueberries

2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

Using the stainless steel fruit scooper baller, scoop out the flesh from the cantaloupe and honeydew into round balls. Set them aside in a large mixing bowl.

Slice the peeled kiwis into thin rounds, then use the scooper baller to create small balls from the kiwi slices. Add those to the bowl.

Gently fold in the halved strawberries and blueberries into the bowl with the melon balls and kiwi balls.

In a small bowl, whisk together the chopped mint, lime juice, and honey (if using) until well combined.

Pour the mint-lime dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss everything together to ensure the fruits are coated evenly.

Let the mixed fruit sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

              - Presentation Tips: Serve in a large, beautiful fruit bowl or individual clear parfait glasses for a colorful display. Garnish with extra mint leaves on top for an elegant touch.
