If the mozzarella balls are larger than a cherry tomato, slice them in half for uniformity.
Take the skewers and begin assembling: Thread one strawberry onto the skewer, followed by a basil leaf, then a mozzarella ball. Repeat this pattern until all ingredients are used, leaving a little space at the end for handling. Aim for three sets of strawberry, basil, and mozzarella per skewer.
Once all the skewers are assembled, arrange them on a serving platter.
Drizzle the balsamic glaze and olive oil over the skewers evenly.
Lightly sprinkle pink Himalayan salt and freshly cracked black pepper over the top for added flavor.
