Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until fully combined to make the dressing.
In a large salad bowl, combine the fresh spinach, quartered strawberries, sliced red onion, and crumbled goat cheese.
Drizzle about half of the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine, being careful not to break the goat cheese.
Sprinkle the toasted almonds over the top of the salad for added crunch and texture.
Serve immediately, drizzling the remaining dressing on individual servings if desired.
