1 cup fresh spinach, washed and roughly chopped

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced (packed in oil for richer flavor)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, sliced sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
